The Medical Cadets Corp. is a group formed within the SDA church during the time of World War 2 as a response to Adventist youth needing a method to serve their country without betraying their beliefs. The answer was a group that taught them to become medics and heal in the field rather than fight.
In modern times, the MCCs are no longer prepped for war, but instead to heal the physical and spiritual wounds in our community. We learn to treat common medical emergencies and provide safety for our churches and events. We also work to build up the spiritual lives of ourselves and our community through in-depth Bible studies and participation within other ministries.
MCCs are a tight-knit community where you can expect to grow your knowledge and spirituality while fulfilling the Bible’s call to serve those around you.
